Currently, I serve on the student team for Christ Community Church in the West Suburbs of Chicago. My role is to recruit and equip people to be fantastic mentors, as well as lead middle school and high school students towards a closer walk with God through a variety of programs and experiences. I also serve as an Assistant Creative Director (event planning, print design, marketing, managing social media, etc) and aid with the management & utilization of our 40,000 sq ft student building: The Hub.

Lastly, a few dear friends and I are starting a venture entitled The Prop. Contact me if you’d like more information.

Speaking

It’s true. I have a big mouth. Here are a few ways I’ve put it to use.

Spoken word, poetry, inspirational messages, school assemblies, sales/business proposals, creative brainstorming meetings, emceeing for a variety of public and social events, and asking questions…lots of questions.

I’ve spoken at churches, camps, retreats, schools, and events. If you are interested in hiring me for speaking, writing, ideation, as an emcee, etc please contact me for references, pricing, and availability.

What’s Next?

It will entail learning. Probably in the academic world and/or within an organization who is doing great things. My goal is to be trained/developed on how to implement ideas, empower teams of people, ask great questions, and be a part of practically changing the world.

Currently, I am studying for the GMAT and looking for scholarship opportunities to pursue an MBA at either the University of Chicago or Northwestern University within the next year.

Also, a group of friends and I are pursuing our first non-profit venture entitled The Prop. Our mission is to simply connect people doing good. Currently we’re working to connect artists with humanitarian organizations. For more information, contact me.
